By accessing or using Dishova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Use License
Permission is granted to use Dishova for creating and managing digital restaurant menus, subject to the following restrictions:
- •You may not modify or copy the platform materials
- •You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of restaurant operations
- •You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software on the platform
- •You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- •Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- •Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- •Maintain the security of your password
- •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
User Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload to Dishova, including menu items, descriptions, and images. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree that:
- •Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
- •You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- •Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
- •We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Dishova will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dishova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
